Headspace vials are a kind of laboratory vials for top space analysis, with the features of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. A headspace vial is used in the process of top–gas chromatography. When detecting volatile or semi-volatile mixtures with high boiling points, we need to heat them to vaporize them at the top. In this process, since the liquid samples are at the bottom, the material in the top gas can be measured without touching the liquid in the sample vial. The 11mm snap-top caps are made of high-quality polypropylene. The caps have a roll-edge or snap-on shape. The snap-top caps provide a secure seal that minimizes evaporation even for volatile samples.

8-425 Screw Cap  are universal. Screwing the cap applies a mechanical force that squeezes the septum between the glass rim and the cap. Screw caps form an excellent seal and mechanically hold the septum in place during piercing. No tools are required for assembly.
