1. Dry the liquid in the chromatographic sample bottle

2. All of them immersed in 95% alcohol, which was washed by ultrasound twice and then poured dry, because alcohol easily entered the 1.5ml vial and could be mutually soluble with most organic solvents.

3. Pour in clean water and rinse twice with ultrasound

4. Pour the lotion into a dry bottle and bake at 110c for 1-2 hours. Do not bake at high temperature.

5. Cool, save
