The sample bottles supplied by aijiren are precisely designed, applied with expertise and in accordance with strict technical specifications. We also perform rigorous testing of dimensions such as polishing, OD and length – to ensure that each vial is exactly matched to the autosampler jaws and injection system. Our vials are made of high quality borosilicate glass and meet ASTM TYPEI ClassA and USP TYPE I standards. The caps and septa are designed and manufactured to ensure a good seal and are compatible with Agilent, Shimadzu, Waters, Thermo Scientific and other instruments. The entire production line is under quality control; we also perform chromatographic performance tests on silicone rubber septa to ensure the highest standard purity requirements and eliminate impurity contamination and possible analytical errors. Commonly used specifications are 2-40ml chromatographic injection bottles, headspace sample bottles and storage bottles.
