Aijiren Tech 2mL 9mm Screw Thread Vials are constructed from from Type 1 borosilicate glass, with low metal content, to protect your sample from destabilizing or leaching..9mm Vial is screw thread vials with a 9-425 GPI thread and the closure is dimensionally equivalent to 11mm crimp cap vials. This means that they can be used in any autosampler that uses 11mm crimp cap vials.

Threaded mouth technology is more convenient and easier to open and tighten, and the unique thread design ensures consistent sealing, precise processing at the neck for easy handling of the robot arm.With graduations for measuring at 0.5,1.0 and 1.5mL; With Red PTFE/White silicone septa Blue screw cap with hole for 2mL 9mm Screw Thread Vials; Silicone guarantees good sealing and PTFE guarantees corrosion resistance.

Caps for 2mL 9mm Screw Thread Vials available with either an open hole for autosampler use and standard addition or with a solid top for sample storage. One-piece polypropylene cap and membrane are also available. These pierceable screw thread caps are designed for one-time use and reduce sample preparation time as there is no cap and seal to assemble.

PTFE is the most inert but its poor resealability making it unsuitable for multiple injections or storage. For layered septa such as PTFE/silicone the chemical resistance of the septa is that of PTFE until the septum is punctured. Once punctured, the silicone layer is exposed and able to react with sample/solvent so the chemical resistance of silicone should be considered when using these septa.
