2ml Chromatography Vials for Laboratory HPLC Autosampler

Aijiren's Autosampler Vial for autosampler are usually divided into three types of calibers. Screw Top, Crimp Top and Snap Top, Screw Top glass Vial are available in three sizes, 8mm, 9mm and 10mm. Both Crimp Top and Snap Top are 11mm.Screw Top Glass Vial is equipped with PP Cap made of top grade polypropylene. Snap Top is also made of polypropylene with translucent Cap. Crimp Cap is made of aluminum cap, which can perfectly wrap the vial.

 

The screw top 2ml Chromatography Vial has a variety of neckwear and opening diameters to choose from. The caliber of the large-caliber or wide-ID sample bottle is 40% larger than the standard-caliber sample bottle. The large opening reduces the risk of the autosampler needle bending during sampling.

Snap Top 2ml Chromatography Vial are less prone to breakage during decapping because more glass is used in the neck of the vial. The snap seal neck finish is compatible with either crimp and/or snap seals and no special tools are required to remove the cap. These vials are recommended for short term sample storage and non-volatile samples because the seal is not as secure as a crimp or screw thread seal.

 

The Aijiren sample 2ml Chromatography Vial has excellent sealing performance, which can effectively avoid sample evaporation. The vial and the corresponding 11 mm aluminum cap can be easily and quickly combined with the jaw capping tool. The vial can withstand heat and pressure, and can also be used for chemical reactions. Especially for vials with white open caps and thick PTFE / silicone septa, they can be used as anhydrous and oxygen-free reaction vials.
