Description

2ml snap autosampler vial is widely used in HPLC applications and can be used almost as universal sample vials for autosamplers, including sample vials with automatic operation. 

Snap seal vials are less prone to breakage during decapping because more glass is used in the neck of the vial. 

The snap seal neck finish is compatible with either crimp and/or snap seals and no special tools are required to remove the cap. 

These vials are recommended for short term sample storage and non-volatile samples because the seal is not as secure as a crimp or screw thread seal.

11mm Snap Top Autosampler Vial Features

1. Vials have a 40% larger opening than standard aluminum seal vials for easier sample filling and to reduce the chance of bent or broken needles during sampling

2. 11mm snap vial provides a medium degree of sealing performance, which can reduce sample volatilization. 

3. Compared with crimp top vials, bayonet vials can be capped and uncapped easily without tools, making it more convenient to use. 

4. When closing the cap, a crisp "click" sound can be heard, indicating that the seal is formed and the bottle cap is in place. 

5. Snap-top vials can be closed with a bayonet cap or aluminum crimp cap.

6.Available with Natural,bule or blue snap ring caps

7.Vials with integrated Micro-Insert are available

11mm snap top autosampler vials are suitable for Agilent, AB Sciex, Brukers, Techcomp, PerkinElmer, ThermoScientifics, Shimadzu, Waters, CTC autosampler and other rotating or robotic arm samplers and autosamplers.
