Disposable syringe filter devices are designed to provide fast and efficient filtration of aqueous and organic solutions. In HPLC IC analysis, the particle size of the chromatographic column packing is small and it is easy to be blocked by impurity particles. Therefore, samples and solvents need to be filtered in advance to remove particulate contaminants and protect the instrument.

Interface:

the inlet is a Luer lock connector, the outlet is a Luer sliding connector,

It can be connected with a conventional medical socket syringe to facilitate the accurate injection of the filtrate into the micro bottle. It can also be directly connected with the needle of the 7725 valve, and the sample can be injected directly after filtration.

Nylon	hydrophilic, high protein binding, suitable for protein-free aqueous and organic solutions, resistant to alcohol and DMSO.
PES	hydrophilic, low protein binding, high flow rate, high porosity, not resistant to organic
CA	hydrophilic, low protein binding, suitable for the filtration of proteins and aqueous solutions in biological samples, such as serum culture medium filtration.

Syringe Filter Membrane Pore Size Choose:

0.22um: Sterilization grade filter membrane, sometimes written as 0.2um, can remove very fine particles in samples and mobile phases; it can meet the requirements of 99.99% sterilization specified by GMP or Pharmacopoeia;

0.45μm: usually used for pretreatment to reduce the microbial load and filter out most bacteria and microorganisms; conventional sample and mobile phase filtration can meet general chromatographic requirements;

1-5μm: To filter larger particles of impurities, or for the pretreatment of difficult-to-handle turbid solutions, it can be filtered with a 1-5μm membrane first, and then filtered with the corresponding membrane.
